The fear of public speaking, like to the fear of heights, is one of the core fears of human beings. You can eliminate the fear of heights by moving to the 16^th floor of a building. Exactly the same way you eliminate the fear of public speaking, if you confront your brain permanently with the threatening backdrop of an unknown audience. 

Here is the dilemma of public speaking seminars: If you have a lot of participants, you talk in front of large groups and experience the same threat like under real conditions. · You will be training under the hardest conditions that exist in the industry. Whoever has trained in         front of more than 100 people cannot be shaken by anything so easily any more.
 

· We will come straight to the point from the first minute onwards and will not waste time with a self-       introduction of the participants. 
 

· Four co-trainers that have been specially instructed by M. Poehm for this occasion will watch over you  with eagle-eyes. They will take radical action in every situation in which you don’t come across as  optimal. We will polish your performance relentlessly.
 

· In 5 rooms you will experience always changing speaking-scenarios (parliament, concert, meeting         stage, U-shape).
 

· You will experience a speaking/presentation frequency like never before: You will be pushed through it until you get it. (That’s why the Seminar ends at 9 PM the first day.) You will give at least 17               speeches.
 

· You will be at the only public speaking seminar where you will present from a big stage and where       you will be rehearsing the use of a headset and coping with front spotlight. 
 

· All of your performances will be recorded with state-of-the-art video technique and will be forwarded     to you as a DVD. Thus you will be able track again at home how you will have continually improved.   Moreover you will receive a collection of snapshots of yourself at the seminar.
 

· You will learn ruses that will be handed to you directly by M. Poehm, the explorer. M. Poehm has         developed techniques and strategies that are exclusively taught by him.
